Shipping Fees

Free shipping worldwide on all orders.

Shipping From

Your order will be shipped from Japan, China or the United States, depending on our inventory availability. If you would like to confirm the exact shipping location for your item, please contact us.

Shipping Time and Methods

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days.
Delivery Time:
- Machines: Shipped via DHL/UPS/FedEx (Standard Express), delivery in 3–7
- Cosmetics: Shipped via Economic Shipping, delivery in 7–14
- Mixed Orders: If your order includes both machines and cosmetics, they will be shipped separately.

Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is shipped.

Duties and Taxes

Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in our shipping costs and may be collected upon delivery. These charges are your responsibility.
In most cases, these fees will not exceed USD $50. If you are charged more than USD $50 for duties, taxes, or customs, please contact us with your payment receipt, and we will refund the difference to you promptly.
