Free shipping worldwide on all orders.

Shipping Time and Methods

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days.
Delivery Time:
- Machines: Shipped via DHL/UPS/FedEx (Standard Express), delivery in 3–7
- Cosmetics: Shipped via Economic Shipping, delivery in 7–14
- Mixed Orders: If your order includes both machines and cosmetics, they will be shipped separately.

Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is shipped.

Duties and Taxes

Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in our shipping costs and may be collected upon delivery. These charges are your responsibility.

Customs clearance may also cause delays for international orders.

Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, P.O. boxes, Faroe Islands, Cayman Islands, US Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, British Virgin Islands, Turks and Caicos Islands, Solomon Islands, Falkland Islands, Marshall Islands, Reunion, Bouvet Islands, Christmas Islands, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Cook Islands, Heard Island and McDonald Islands, Norfolk Island, Sint Maarten, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, Canary Islands.
We may add new locations as confirmed by our shipping providers.
