Return Policy

7 Days Return

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact our support team within 7 days from receiving your order.

Our support team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

Returns will be approved only the following terms and conditions are met: 

  • The Vzusa devices are not used and not NCF scanning for registration.
  • The Vzusa skincare items are not opened.
  • Only items purchased directly from will be accepted.
  • Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. In every case, you will also need to return any free items that were delivered to you with your order.
  • Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers and damaged products through customer mishandling. 

If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition as above terms, we reserve the right to not refund or exchange.

Returns made without receipt or purchase proof may be refused, theVzusa.Shop reserves the right to deny any return.

The shipping fee for the return shall be borne by the customer under this reason.

Received Defective / Incorrect / Damaged Items

If the items you received are defective or incorrect or damaged, please contact with our support team as soon as possible.

Our Support Team will send you a further instruction to start the return process or replacement process.

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective / damaged product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

The round-trip shipping fees will be borne by under this reason.

How Long Is the Return Process?

Processing returns may take up to 14 days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

Change or Cancel Order

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make, and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been shipped out cannot be modified or cancelled.
