Product Warranty

For Beauty Devices:

Beauty device purchased from theVzusa.shop:

• Within 7 days from the date of receipt, if the product has functional failure due to non-human factors, after being tested and certified by the after-sales service department designated by the Vzusa, you can apply for return, replacement or repair.
• Within 15 days from the date of receipt, if the product has functional failure due to non-human factors, after being tested and certified by the after-sales service department designated by the Vzusa, you can apply for replacement or repair.
• Quality Warranty within 1 year from the date of sale. During the warranty period, if the product has functional failure due to non-human factors, after being tested and certified by the after-sales service department designated by the Vzusa, you can apply for free charge repair.

*When applying for the above services, ensure that the products, product packaging box, manual and all accessories are complete.

If the device failure is caused by human factors, or due to the following "Non-compliance clause", it is not covered by the above policy.

Non-applicable clause:

1. Malfunction or damage due to improper handing (e.g. dropping and submerging in water) caused during transportation or moving by the user.
2. Malfunction or damage due to fire, other natural disasters or abnormal voltage.
3. Damage due to other devices to be connected to this product.
4. Damage due to the use of an AC adapter other than the dedicated AC adapter included with this product.
5. In the case of repair, adjustment or modification by anyone other than us.

In case of device failure caused by human factors or "Non-compliance clause", even within the warranty period, the maintenance cost will be calculated and paid for maintenance based on the content of the device failure and the actual price of the specific replacement parts.

Shipping fee

1. Within the warranty period, and product functional failure due to non-human factors, and not under Non-applicable clause, the shipping fee for the return and re-delivery shall be borne by theVzusa.shop.
2. Outside the warranty period, or product functional failure due to human factors, or under Non-applicable clause, the shipping fee for the return and re-delivery shall be borne by the customer.

Statement of Made in Japan

The Vzusa beauty device are "Made in Japan", and the power adapters are "Made in China".

For Cosmetic Products:

Please check the package after receiving, if the goods are damaged or leaked, please contact us for replacement.

Unopened items are subject to the Return Policy

Return or replacement will be not accepted when items are opened.
